For their part, through Settle, merchants have the ability to accept mobile payments anywhere without the need for additional devices such as a POS terminal. They also have a convenient online platform in which to monitor their transactions in real time, and all revenues received through the platform are paid automatically and completely free of charge by IBAN to the merchant.
The company was founded in Norway in 2010 by financial technology pioneer Daniel Döderlein with the mission to digitize payments, building an ecosystem of end users, businesses and organizations that can easily and securely exchange funds with each other. The service operates throughout Europe, and since March 2021 is on the Bulgarian market and is gaining popularity, both among a rapidly growing audience of end users and retailers.
