Stanimir Vassilev graduated in electronic engineering and microelectronics at the Technical University of Sofia, and then in finance at the University of National and World Economy. He has a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD.

Stanimir Vassilev and Nedelcho Spasov are owners and heads of the Management Board of MFG, major shareholders in all companies in the group. Co-founders of Easy Asset Management AD (2005). They are serial entrepreneurs and investors and have been building financial companies and investing in fintech and other startups for the past decades. They are guided by the belief that everyone should have access to financial services, as they have access to education or healthcare, and put humanity, innovation and responsibility at the forefront of the group‘s corporate culture.

Nedelcho Spasov has a master's degree in economics and industrial management from the University of National and World Economy and a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD.

Antonia Sabeva has been the Chief Executive Officer of MFG since 2017. She started her career in the first of the holding companies - Easy Asset Management, in 2010 as part of the audit team of the company, from where she moved to the technology center to the group. Antonia holds two Master's Degrees - in Accounting and Control and in Finance from the University of National and World Economy.

Tsvetelina Bozadzhieva is part of MFG since 2024. She is an experienced financial professional with previous career in the likes of Morgan Stanley and The Walt Disney Company. Tsveti is graduate from University of Warwick and London School of Economics and Political Science.

Apostol Mushmov is a MFG's Chief Sustainability Officer and longtime Director of Credit Risk and Revenue Optimization Group Division. Apostol Mushmov's career at MFG started as head of the Planning and Analysis Department at Easy Credit in 2009. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Technical University of Sofia. He has solid academic experience behind him, incl. at the University of Greenwich in London. He is soon to finish his PhD thesis on business administration at the New Bulgarian University. His professional path intersects with the study and analysis of data and consumer behavior, where he has many years of experience.

Ivelina Kavurska has been part of MFG since 2014. She started working with the group as a lawyer and over the years has held various management positions in the companies Easy Payment Services, iuvo, ACOD. As Division Director of Strategic Projects, she is an integral part of the group's most courageous and large-scale initiatives. She holds a master's degree in law from the University of National and World Economy.

Gergana Georgieva is Corporate Communications Manager in MFG since 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of public communications. She has worked on projects of Bulgarian and international companies from various business areas such as Coca-Cola HBC, Nestle Bulgaria, Carlsberg Bulgaria, HP, Microsoft, DSK Bank, Pioneer Investments, Sanoma Bliasak Bulgaria and National Geographic magazine, Galchev Holding, Siemens Healthcare, TV7, News7 and Super7, Helicon bookstores and many more. As part of Forum Film Bulgaria Gergana is behind the successful communication campaigns of many Disney, Universal, Paramount, MGM movie productions. Gergana is also part of the successful realization of the international festival of contemporary dance and performance One Dance Week in 2017 and 2018 - part of the program of Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019, and International Table Tennis Tournament 2017 ITTF World Tour Asarel Bulgaria Open - part of the tournaments of the International Table Tennis Federation.

Gergana has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and a Master's Degree in Production and Creative Industry from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication (FJMC) at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. She has pursued a PhD at FJMC in the field of Internet culture. She is currently a master’s student of fintech, investments and finance. She is actively involved in volunteering and is also the co-founder of the Bulgarian Beer Church and a passionate cook and music lover.

Maria Handzhiyska is the head of the Compliance department on group level in MFG. She has been part of the holding since 2016, and for the last couple of years she has been dealing with regulatory compliance and application of regulations. Maria is an active part of the development of AML software to be used to implement group policy. She is a lawyer by profession holding a Master’s Degree in Law from University of National and World Economy. 

Her professional knowledge and experience in the sphere of Data protection compliance started in 2017 when she had the chance to deal with the project for the implementation of the GDPR regulation in the group of MFG. As an Data protection officer in the last 4 years she’s responsible for overseeing the MFG companies’s data protection strategy and its implementation to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.

As Chief AML officer her professional focus falls on the internal systems and controls for AML&CFT prevention.

Ivaylo is an experienced internal audit executive with many years of expertise in the financial Industry. He is skilled in internal audit and advisory activities across Bulgarian and international markets and renowned for resolving business and IT issues effectively. Ivo is proficient in Agile and Kanban methodologies and is committed to continuous learning and development.

Ivaylo Takev is part of MFG since 2015 taking on various management roles.
