Once again this year, three companies from the MFG group achieved remarkable recognition at the Career Show Awards 2024. Easy Credit, Viva Credit, and AKPZ were proudly ranked among the best employers in Bulgaria.
Easy Credit Shines with Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards!
The joint project by the Operations, Marketing, Human Capital, and Sales departments, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, earned a bronze award in the category "Outstanding Team Achievements."
In the "Team Management" category, the jury acknowledged the diligent efforts of Commercial Director Miroslav Angelov, awarding him the silver. The company’s incentive programs took the highest honor, winning the gold.
Viva Credit Claims Three Silver Awards!
Viva Credit also impressed, winning three silver awards:
- The Viva Nomination Game (VNG) initiative was recognized in the category "Employee Recognition Strategy."
- The Automation of Operational and Strategic Reports and Analytics project was celebrated in the category "Workplace Innovation."
- Evgeni Hristov, Head of Business Analysis and Innovation, received the "Innovator" award for his outstanding contributions.

Among the honored companies was the Agency for the Control of Overdue Debts (AKPZ), recognized in the "Management and Teams" category for the leadership of Executive Director Yanislav Yanakiev.
